Fast shipping, great product. One product had a defect but they fixed it right away and sent new item. Good customer service! Place your acessories-order HERE!

Would definitely recommend this company 100% I messed up on my order giving the wrong year of my car. The company responded straight away to my email, kept me updated to tell me they would post out the correct cable, which they did straight away for no extra charge & it was all my fault. Amazing company to deal with and the product is amazing too. Will definitely purchase from here again. Thank you again :)

I ordered some parts for my 2023 Model 3 performance and my 2023 Model Y performance. I placed my order not realizing that I made a mistake by not reading the entire description of the items I was purchasing. I quickly realized a few hours later that I made a mistake and reached out to Teslamag. Within the hour, they responded on a Sunday!! They understood my situation and refunded my transaction right away. Great customer service and I will definitely be reaching out to them for future tesla products! Thank you Teslaccessories for having integrity and going above and beyond on short notice!!! I highly recommend A+++
