Good products, even better support. Rio was great in resolving my issue.

At first I was questioning the legitimacy of this company but that was quickly changed with the help of Rio. I made a spelling error in my email and got worried on never getting a confirmation email, which Rio was able to send me the invoice and point out that error and even offered a gift card for the inconvenience. Amazing customer service and very understanding and helpful. I will be making future purchases from their website as they have lots of great product.

Great custommer support. In my order I applied a discount code that had a smaller discount than other one I also had. After ordering and paying I asked by email for a refund or credit and they promptly applied the higher discount and refunded right away. Double thumbs up!
