Ordered a model y rack - scam site
Ordered a model y rack, paid for it in advance. They promised 7-12 days delivery, but nothing happened since my order. Sent many emails, tried contacting them on WhatsApp as described in their homepage, but they never respond. Their website says they'll answer in max 12 hours... Hilarious joke! They don't even answer after weeks. Initiated a chargeback at my bank.

Order returned to sender and customer service completely ignores emails
I placed an order (TESERY89663EN) on April 27th for a Tesla paint repair kit. According to the tracking information, the package was returned to the sender by the courier. Since discovering this, I have reached out to their customer service multiple times—sending emails on May 16th, 18th, 19th and 20th —to request information and a refund for the total amount of €25.90 EUR. I have received absolutely zero replies. They completely ignore customer emails once they have your money. Very poor customer support. I demand a full refund immediately.

I ordered roof shade for Tesla Juniper…
I ordered roof shade for Tesla Juniper - one of the two shades was defective and upon arrival i wrote to support requesting replacement - that was March 3 - its now May 19 - still no response and i repeatedly emailed since that time a further 3 times - and today sent whatsapp also. Given the inability to replace a faulty shade and the lack of response despite all this effort I would discourage others using them - website is very polished - but service the worse I have ever experienced as a seasoned high volume online purchaser

kein Kontakt mehr bei Rücksendung
Beim verkaufen waren sie schnell. Bei der Rücksendung gestaltet sich das ganze recht schwierig. Auf Emails reagiert niemand und per Whatsapp kam gleich etwas und jetzt meldet sich auch hier keiner mehr. Lt HP von Tesery war beschrieben, dass es für das Model Y Juniper passt, was es jedoch nicht tut.

Their Easy Returns
Their Easy Returns 30-day return policy on all items is a joke. It's no wonder that they have a "F" rating with BBB. I have sent 2 pictures twice per their request and now they are asking for 2 more pictures. I have given up trying to return an item I bought, received and never opened up.
