This company is not trustworthy. They respond only when I got VISA involved to block the payment. I’m still waiting for my refund almost 2 months later.

STAY AWAY!!! Bought the carbon dashboard and door covers for my Tesla. Arrived and the dashboard piece doesn't fit at all. They offered a 20 dollar gift card thinking this is acceptable for an unusable product that cost over 180! Asked I to return the products as the dashboard cover has a defect, and I'm not exactly going to use the door covers alone. They said they would provide the returns address once they had seen the products packaging, which I sent over and they then stopped responding! Should have checked the reviews prior because I don't think I'm the only one!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! I ordered some accessories for my model 3 They sent me double quantities which I verified I ordered the correct quantities when I placed order .. they doubled products and charged me The sun shade smelled like death Nobody ever responded literally no customer service..if your ok with giving money away then shop with Tesery , but I’d recommend just sticking with official Tesla products or make sure they are a reputable accessory company

Just purchased the rear entertainment screen for model 3 doesn’t work plugged in and fan stayed on constantly. Ask for return and refund wanting evidence which means stripping rear out again and plugging it in to take pictures. Wouldn’t buy anything again. Be warned people waste of money can’t be bothered with returns but please don’t fall for these garbage retrofit screens.

This is just dropshipping scam. Overpriced bs that takes EVEN LONGER to ship compared to direct order on Aliexpress/Temu.

Zero customer service . Never recived parcel , no response when enquiries were made . Tryied email , wattup with no chance to resolve or get and answer about my item. Do not buy from this company, all they have advised was a complete lie. Not even 1 star , zero response, zero customer service. Still waiting for a refund

They advertise items as compatible with Model Y Juniper. They are often not. What is compatible is low to medium quality. Avoid this foreign operating company, they sell low quality items and cannot be contacted post sale.

My wife bought me these Tesery cooling seats as a Father's Day gift, and they only worked for a single week. Now, the seats refuse to shut off, and the control button overheats within five minutes, literally burning the back of my legs. Worse than the broken product is the completely non-existent customer service. I have attempted to contact Tesery support over seven times to resolve this, but I have been completely ignored. I am now resorting to public reviews to warn others. Do not waste hundreds of dollars on this company like we did.
