Great selection of products, but I received what appears to be a faulty USB hub for the Model 3. I've been stuck in a loop trying to explain the issue, only to be sent installation instructions for a completely different product. If there's an actual person handling customer service, it certainly doesn't feel like it. This experience has been a frustrating waste of time, as they don’t seem to understand my problem or even check the correct product from my order details.

Poor communication and customer service. Stay away from this company. I’m trying to return an item I purchased well within their return window and they are completely ignoring my request to return/wont respond to email (the only way to get a hold of anyone). It’s an expensive item so now I’m out $600 on something I’m not able to use for my modelY.

Customer service kept asking for more and more pictures of the same thing or that didn't make sense. Their email signatures we're in Chinese and I had to use google translate to see who I was corresponding with. They told me they would provide return instructions, but then stopped responding. Product appeared to be just fine (we didn't open it), but the customer service felt like a scam.

Stay far away from this company. I purchased a roof rack from them. They sent me two sets of the rear end caps instead of a front set and rear set. You can not reach anyone in the company through either the chat, emails, phone numbers. They only have auto-reply saying they will get back to you. It's been days and no answer.

Charged for the order, but I am not able to see any details. Tried to contact multiple time, but unsuccessful. Fake and fraud website.

Terrible company,. Slow shipping, poor communication, fake 5-star reviews and terrible customer service. I never received my item, advised them of that’d and they continue to pin the issue on me. I wish I would’ve read all the reviews before placing my order. Would never refer or order from this company again.

They state a 30 day return policy. Don't believe them. Do not buy from them. Instead just flush your money down the toilet.

Bad customer support and reluctant with return/refund of defective products. They required a lot of videos until I was fed up with making and sending them. Ordered same product from Aliexpress with less than half price of Tesery. Steer away.
