There was no communication at the time of the order that the order would be delayed by a month! Their phone number is constantly busy and they do not respond to emails. It was not until we initiated a fraudulent charge dispute with our bank that they allegedly initiated a shipment label. We cannot actually track the order because it is in Chinese! They are selling in America yet expect their customers to read Chinese in order to do business with them! The worst is, this company is deceptive by listing their address as somewhere in Denver. Make no mistake, they are IN CHINA!!! If there was an option to select zero stars, that would have been my 1st choice. Save yourself, DO NOT BUY FROM TESSERY!!!

They don't react and don't send my order.

Ordered Seat covers for model y was never notified that the order would not ship due to holiday (site did not have any indication it would be closed for a time). Received seat covers that did not even cover the sides of the seat with no installation instructions or clips to secure them. Contacted Tesery via site and email to return items several times but they fail to respond to the request for return - so their 30 day no question return is a big lie.

Lack of transparency (doesn’t indicate where this company is geographically located) and a track your order link that does not work. Placed my order January 30th, still nothing & no way of finding out where it is in transit. Chat help doesn’t help and gives repeated answers and the runaround, if I do not receive my order by next week, I will file a complaint with my credit card company. Will never order again from this overseas horrible company!

Tesery certainly doesn't stand behind their products at all. I received a touchscreen that promised smooth and stable operation, but wound up being a buggy, glitchy mess. Unsatisfied, I promptly went to return it, and Tesery gave me the run-around. I will definitely stay away from them.

I placed an order on January 29th, but as of today, it still hasn't been shipped. I have been trying to contact customer service for four days now, but I have received no response at all. This is extremely disappointing. They made no mention whatsoever of the services or products they offered. Given their service quality and attitude, I strongly advise against using this company's services. ---------------------------- I placed my order over two weeks ago, and they still haven't shipped it. Customer service isn't responding either. After I complained to trustpilot.com, they immediately replied to my email, explaining that it wasn't that no one was working, but rather that they simply weren't responding. This is extremely unacceptable.

Company sending not the ordered product, they said that my product is newest,but it has no of those functionality as they describe on their website,it is not possible to contact them, when you complain and want to get your money back. Not this product I received has stop to work,after several mails to all possible mail address I could find on their website, no reply,not either on Whatapp. If you want to spend money and get nothing, order from this cheating company, I DO NOT recommend Tesery.

I will not be ordering from Tesery again. I placed an order on January 28th, and ten days later, it still hasn't arrived. I was never informed that the items would be shipping from China; had I known about the extended lead time, I would have shopped elsewhere. To make matters worse, the tracking number provided is unrecognizable by Google, leaving me with no way to estimate a delivery date. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency.
