TESCO BusReviews of tescobus.com

We are happy with our purchase minus a few small problems. it would have been nice to have it pointed out that the Exterior Side Mirrors were manual and not electronic. Out Wheelchair Lift Rattles on smooth roads and makes a unbearable racket on bumpy roads.

The whole process was very simple and Kacy was very easy to work with. However, the greatest complaint that I have now, is that we have to have the bus worked on for the shocks to be looked at. I feel that is something that should have been taken care of on their end before completing an inspection and deeming it "fixed". The other complaint that I have is the fact that the bus was "safety inspected" to meet the state's requirement for the type of vehicle. However, here we are some 2 months later and we are having to complete that safety inspection once again because the state says that that inspection doesn't count even though it was sticker for 2020. I feel these are two things that should have been taken care of by Tesco, so we, as the consumer, did not have to continue this type of work only 2 months after receiving our bus.

The sale of the bus sight unseen was great. Dan was very helpful in the process. Once the bus was delivered and paid for the service end was not good. We drove the bus back to Ohio for repairs that lasted only until we returned to Michigan.

I bought 2018 model brand new and the back bumper is rusted already.
