I would have given 4 stars until the recent changes to the fees and minimum orders. I love the meal choices.

Food is excellent but I am vegan and gluten free and options are limited so it gets tiring eating the same food week after week no matter how good it is. Will be canceling my subscription.

I wish I could give more stars to Terra’s Kitchen- I really love a lot of things. They have fantastic meal choices, they are mostly easy to prepare, the recipe cards are excellent, they have tons of great options. There are 3 things that keep me from giving it a 5 star review. 1. Price. It’s pretty pricy- and they recently added a delivery charge and upped the order minimum. 2. The use by dates don’t give you much of a window of time- just a few days- you need to cook then fast. 3. The delivery days are very limited, at least for my area. So I can get Friday or Saturday. But I want meals for weeknights, not weekends- but unfortunately I can’t order on a Monday. And because they expire so fast, you don’t get bit about 2 days worth of week day meals ready to go. So in summary- this service has so much potential and is so close to perfect- but had a few flaws to overcome.

The food is tasty... when you get all of the ingredients. I have had three orders that had missing infredients. I reported the first one and they gave us a credit for our next order. Next order was fine. The one after that was missing seasonings and herbs for one recipe so we worked around it with what we had. Next order was missing ingredients again, so we skipped ordering for awhile. We are unskipoing in November with hope the kinks are worked out by now.

Over all most of the food is pretty good. Communication is poor. Had some issues where they didn't have something and they substituted items. They notified me of this after my shipment was on it's way. This gave me no opportunity to change that option. A couple other times the order didn't come at all leaving me last minute going home with no meals. I wasn't notified until after shipping time. When I tried to email the only response was the exact same response they sent notifying me in the an email. And don't bother trying to call because they don't answer or respond.

Some meal options show as serving for four even though I should only be seeing options for two people. Also, I had an order where the main ingredient was stocked out.

You can’t EVER speak to a live person even when you request it. The return vessel has been messed up for us ever since UPS started. At the beginning we had problems with delivery which straightened out. Everything has been fresh except the tomatoes. They are shriveled (a pet peeve). Sorry

The recipes are good, and preparation time is generally close to what they estimate it. The ordering and delivery processes, have problems. I have had several cases in which the delivery never came at all. On other occasions they have gotten the order wrong. if you can overlook the shortcomings, the service is not bad.
