I had to purchase my own grape tomatoes as your were bad I snap pictures because I was so disappointed The pick was largely onion Not pico The flavor was lacking substance

First delivery was pretty good, so I was very excited for the second week delivery. However it was just canceled due to weather. Wished that they attempt to reschedule or accommodate my need. I guess it is not very flexible when it comes to date of delivery, and they just cancel orders... That part I was not happy because I plan ahead to order things, and I was counting on the delivery...

Two out of my first 4 deliveries were late, missed.

Are they all robots? Have never gotten a personalized answer -- just the robot -- regarding a screwed up delivery. While I think the delivery issue is all on FedEx's head, and I appreciate the eventual robotic answer and the credit, it should be noted that the competition has living breathing and responding humans at 9 pm when you finally know your delivery has been screwed up.

Great food, good choices. Need to be available to receive box as soon as it arrives food is not that cold on arrival

The food is good and most of the recipes we have tried have been very tasty - a few have been bland. We recipes changed/ were added a bit more frequently. We have had some challenges with the way the website works and the service overall but we’ve kept our subscription rolling regardless and things have been sorted out relatively quickly. Ordering could be simpler but it’s not horrible if you don’t have to change anything (like the day for a given weeks delivery etc)

Pros: Foods are usually very fresh and tasty; vessels are a God-send, other companies don’t recycle as well as TK; instructions are clear and concise; best food delivery kit, and I’ve tried them all; no hassle returning vessel for next day pickup; the pre-prep is very helpful and time-saving. Cons: Need more variety in meals, can seem boring after a few weeks; most of the offers are too spicy for my taste; would appreciate variety in ethnicity, such as French, German, American.

Pros: Customer service is very good; no complaints there. Cons: The produce is not organic. The quality of the food is average. I've received bad fish and under-ripe produce. There have been items missing from box as well. But in all fairness, they have credited the amount of 'bad' and missing items. Hence, very good marks for customer service. So, it is a good service with a larger than most selection.
