Delivery days are not convenient. Herbs and lettuce are usually black or rusty and often i need to purchase them separately. I live in a warm climate area of Georgia and the ice packs are thawed and often toom temperature when the food arrives and i have thrown out meat gish and vegetables as a result. I plan to discontinue this service next week.

The food is great. The problem is getting it. My wife and I have been using the service for about half a year now. I find the recipes varied and interesting. The food quality great, and the time to cook very fitting to my schedule. However, actually getting the food delivered the last few months has been awful. I've had atleast five weekly deliveries missed due to errors in shipping with no real rectification. When I miss an order I'm out of food for four days so then I have to find time in my schedule to go grocery shopping. While I speak highly of the service the inability of the team to be consistent with deliveries is really frustrating

TK started strong and I love most of the menus, but we have consistently had a variety of issues with the shipping (not being delivered to the door, empty box not being picked up, arriving late, leakage, etc.) Recently, our shipments have arrived with spoiled or "mushy" vegetables and fruit... to the extent of needing to throw away some items and altering recipes. Likewise, the quality of proteins/meats has diminished, being tougher and fattier than previously. Honestly, I have been seriously considering ending our arrangements with TK because of the low quality of produce and proteins.

There are a lot of things to like about Terra's. There is a lot of variety, interesting recipes. they are environmentally conscious. However, in the year we've been using Terra's we have had over a dozen issues of items not arriving, items having gone bad, items not being the correct quantity to complete the recipe and items having leaked all over everything else. To their credit, Terra's has "made good" in each of these situations but the issues are so common that we have stopped using Terra's.

Too expensive. Too much packaging.
