Terra's KitchenReviews of terraskitchen.com

Great food, quality and quantity except for some of the steak. Love the Waygu but regular strip steak and flank leaves much too be desired for the high price. The Beef tenderloin tips with Orange flavored Beef is great. Have requested that they use same beef in Beef with Broccoli but has not happened. Price is somewhat high for quality but still the best out there since every week you have choice of 40 meals instead of limited choices. Also love that it is already chopped and ready to cook. Finally, love the plastic refrigerator box with return pick up label.

love the service

Meals are great! No concerns about the quality of the food. Communication and customer service is excellent. Challenges: Food doesn't always last as long as the date stamped on the package. Biggest concern: more and more frequently, our delivery has been delayed. While I appreciate the reasoning being the freshness of ingredients, this didn't happen at first. At least 4 times in the last 2 months. We base our meals on our hectic schedule (the purpose of food delivery), and plan to prepare on the night delivered.

The meals were fantastic. I enjoyed the meals because they were very tasty, easy to prepare and the instructions were thorough. I'm taking a break now but will be signing up again soon.

Great recipes, tasty. So convenient with ore-sliced/pre-chopped veggies. Saves so much time, but sacrifices a bit in freshness only because it is pre-cut, more exposed edges. Meat is without complaint! Truly love TK packaging the best - no freezy packs to discard, less packaging to discard! KUDOS for the reusable insulated box & freeze packs with included free return shipping!! The best. A but pricey, but still a good value. I love that there are multiple selections to choose from, includung extra sides, proteins, fruits, etc, not just meal selections!!! Try it!!!

Love the packaging. I never had to worry if it was left outside for a time as I live in Florida and it is hot in the summer! The food is wonderful and fresh. Not enough new meals weekly for my tastes. I did not want to repeat meals and it got where I had to.

I love how most items are really prepared and ready to go- and meals really do take the time the say to prepare. I have enjoyed all the meals, not so much for my particular family members. We did have an issue with labeling- I chose Terra's Kitchen because of their allergy policy, and then received nuts labeled differently than was presented online. We were unable to include these in the meal due to cross contamination, and they probably would have made the meal better. I also feel it is a bit pricey for the meals, but I guess that is the cost of convenience? Overall, I have been pleased!

A review of this company really doesn't fit your rating descriptions. I have nothing but praise for their business model and their service - I just didn't find the meals appealing. But as I look at it, I think you need a better photographer because everything looks washed out which lends to my feeling that the meals are blah.
