Overall, we like the delivery service for food. We have noticed some things that we would like to point out. Some of the dishes seem to be under seasoned per the recipe. We have found that the Asian style dishes are either under seasoned or over seasoned; making either style feel inedible. It would also be great if the site learned your preferences and provided options based on selections. For example, because of what I mentioned above, we go for more American style options. Could regional selections be included? It would be great to be able to increase or decrease your order size by week as well; it would be very helpful for when visitors are expected. It would be great if an app was available as well.

I use 3 different meal kit services, and they all have different pros and cons. I like Terra's Kitchen. They do a lot of the chopping and dicing, which saves time. I have learned new cooking skills and tried recipes I would never have attempted on my own. My family has a few favorite meals, and we try new recipes as they are available. So far, they have packed all the ingredients, and no items have been missing. Ingredients are fresh. I really like that the box and icepacks are reused. They send just the right amount of food to make the meal, and nothing is left over to clutter up your fridge. The only con I want to mention is that sometimes the portions are HUGE. (I guess this does sometimes lead to leftovers, or throwing food away.) However, it's great if you want/need to split the meal between 3 people, instead of two.

Wonderful food delivery company! Very fresh, unique, yummy reciepies!! Everything comes chopped and prepped. My only complaint was the ease of the ordering process, it felt like I never got any reminders that it was time to place my food order... also even though I like the idea of the recyclable containers in theory, it was a really large, heavy, unwieldy box. There were a number of times where FedEx wouldn't pick up the box and the empty box that sitting waiting on my front step for what felt like a very long time. Despite all of this, basically very pleased with Terra's Kitchen and would use it again in the future.

Terra's kitchen is a great meal provider. There is very little effort involved and you can chose your menu each week or let them pick. I really like the ease of the delivery cube. It takes a beating from Fed-ex but food comes cold and well packed. The omnivore options are good and while we rarely have leftovers we are satisfied. Sometimes they skimp on quantity, especially if it's a side. I have had some items not be included in the box. The company is quick to offer a credit but it can be inconvenient if you haven't checked the items before you start to prepare. Finally very important to me is that Terra's kite hen is local so my food is locally sourced and doesn't have to get shipped across the country to get to me. Thanks TK!

I never knew how to cook very many things before starting TK. It forced me to learn but experience and now I have a number of recipes I can make from scratch. It has been a good learning experience for me. The food has been pretty good overall. Of the recipes I have tried, I would say 20% of them were great, 60% pretty good, and 20% not so good in how much I liked them based on how they turned out. I always tried to follow the recipes exactly. One thing of note is that I was almost always cooking for myself, and some of the items offered were just too expensive for me to justify. Despite these things, I recommend you try it if you are interested in forcing yourself to learn to cook better and eat more healthy food.

The packaging is a huge convenience, and with it all recyclable much less trash than any other service. The food quality is good, I've never gotten any spoiled/bad food. The recipes aren't bad, they could use a little tweaking on timings and the flavors are pretty basic but that is what my spice collection is for. Looking forward to new recipes, and loving the additions of snacks and sides!

Like the different varieties of meal choices, unlike other similar companies that only offer a handful of options each week. Have had some delivery issues and missing ingredients in several orders.
