I am very pleased with the product and overall service. My one concern is and it is probably a Fed Ex issue, but on two occasions my food was not delivered. Terra's Kitchen was responsive and resolved the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Great food, but price is a little step. I may switch to a local grocer when they start door deliveries, but TK is great in the meantime!

Quality of the food and customer service are great. I just wish at some point they will lower their prices. For many people is not feasible to order every week with how Terra's Kitchen is priced right now.

Occasionally your tomatoes and greens go bad to fast. They need to last at least 3-4 days after arrival

Terra's kitchen is a very convenient service. They add new meals frequently. They offer meals in two's and family size.

Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the variety of options. Some meals require a little modification for our family (i.e. additional spices), but overall happy with not having to decide on dinner a couple nights a week and having additional variety!

My only complaint is that I have been missing items a couple times and some ingredient packages have come open and spilled in the container. Otherwise recipes are excellent as are the ingredients. I love being able to pick my meals and the variety that is offered.

Terra's Kitchen was one of several meal delivery kits I tried, and it's been my favorite and the one I've stuck with longest! There's a good selection of meals and variety of flavors so I don't get bored, something I experienced with some other companies. I also really love that most ingredients are already prepped because that really saves time making the meal, especially for someone like me who isn't an experienced cook and doesn't enjoy cooking. The ingredients are good quality for the affordable price! Delivery has never been an issue but occasionally the recipes will fail to mention how to use an ingredient that was sent, or ask for ingredients that weren't sent, but that's pretty uncommon. I also wish sometimes the recipes were more clear about the amounts to use, because sometimes a sentence will say "add half of x and y", so I add half of both, when it really meant half of x but all of y, which I don't figure out until it's too late. Overall though I love this meal kit and it's helped me save food costs, actually use up food that I buy, and improve my cooking skills!
