Terra KaffeReviews of terrakaffe.com

I have had this machine one month today and I can honestly say I don't know what I would do without it. Not only does it look good on my Coffee Bar but the espresso/ coffee that it makes is by far the best I have tasted. I consider myself a coffee snob as I have been making espresso manually for a long time now. I do have an espresso machine which I have now sold. It's so easy to work with and the choices of coffee to make are great. My husband is now using it and he would only use pods before this. He couldn't believe how great the coffee tasted and he does the Drip option. I can't wait now to get up in the morning and make my coffee...Thanks Terra Kaffe 😊

I had a message on my TK-02 I couldn’t get rid of. I sent an email and got an immediate response which solved the problem. I wasn’t made to feel stupid and I felt they were sincerely happy for me when the problem was corrected! My coworkers were happy I could enjoy my coffee before heading to work!

My entire experience from order to setup to support was stellar! The machine was packaged really well and it kinda reminds you of "old" Apple with the packaging and how easy it was to open. It actually made you excited to use the machine. Setup couldn't have been easier, and the amount of experimental features and customization you could enable is something no other coffee machine manufacturer has come close to!

They have a great customer service team and respond quickly to questions. I just got my Demi machine today and I am already in love. And over caffeinated because I wanted to check out multiple functions! 😆 I usually require sweeteners in my coffee, I made an espresso today and just added some foam and it was amazing. Then I tried the drip function and that was great also. Hubby got a Lungo and thoroughly enjoyed it. Machine is so easy to use!

We order the Terra Kaffe Demi and recieved the after a few weeks due to the color we selected being on backorder. After the machine arrived I was able to follow the easy and quick instructions to get the machine all set up and ready to brew! After a couple of brew cycles we were ready to enjoy some great espresso! So far we are very happy with the TK Demi! Its been very easy to use and makes great coffee and espresso.

I've had my TK-02 for about 3 months. I'm very happy with how good my espresso's taste. I love being able to tweak the results to get exactly what I want. I ask my guests what they like, with so many options, they never go away disappointed. My wife likes a little coffee with her warm milk and I have it dialed in just right, then I put her name on the mix and it's right on my screen with the other options. Lastly, the customer service is terrific!

We had been using a Nespresso machine for years it worked well. My wife received the Terra Kaffe as a gift and now its all we use. Its easy to use makes great Expresso and my wife live using the fresh beans of her choice!

I love my TK-02! Not only does it make great espresso but it looks good on the counter too. I did have one issue with it, but the customer support team is amazing worked with me on fixing the issue.
