I’ve had my Demi for three months and I’m very happy with the machine and the customer service. After I had a problem that couldn’t be fixed with the team’s guidance over the phone they replaced my machine. I was back to drinking great espresso in a few days.

We have had our TK01 for four years with heavy use. Averaged 10-20 cents per cup of coffee for the machine. When we had trouble, customer service was prompt and professional in resolving the issues. I have just purchased our third machine (TK02) and look forward to long use.
