Whatever you do, do not buy from this company! I have been going around and around for almost 3 months to receive an order that I placed. They claimed it was mailed but come to find out it had a fake counterfeit label with postage due. The post office attempted to return to sender but even the return address didn’t exist now it’s in the mail recovery center of the US post office. I’m trying to either get the products or my money back but I’m to the point now I just want my money and have nothing more to do with them.

After ordering the blue bird I finally received it. Don't waste your money. It is nothing like what they show on their website. It's a piece of plastic junk. I will never order from this company again. It is a rip-off. BEWARE!!!!

I am so angry - I bought two crystal bluebirds for presents and the plastic flat ones arrived instead and are a piece of junk - stay away from these people - a real rip off

Cat stained art pieces for $30 arrived in multiple broken pieces. They are very cheap quality and they offered $3 refund only or I could ship them back to China at my cost. This company has no integrity and rips off customers! Don’t buy from them.

If I could give them a lower rating I would. I ordered three sun catchers from them and paid for expedited shipping on March 31 - and should have received the items by April 10. I sent email after email requesting a tracking number only to be told they did not have one. I asked for a refund. Their response was to send me an email today telling me that they never received a shipping/tracking number so they are sending it out again. I no longer need the items and want my money refunded (still no tracking number).

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is a SCAM! You will not get what you think you’re ordering. They advertise one item and send something else. The website claims they are located in the states but the tracking number shows the package originated in China. I basically paid $50 bucks for a crappy piece of fabric. NOT at all what I ordered. No use in trying to get any help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers!! Scammed me of 59.22 and will not refund . Doubled my original order and sent a pkg that I never opened and sent directly back to sender and they are saying I didn’t send it to the correct address , Is why they can’t reimburse! No phone numbers and cannot speak to them except through email. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Ps when I noticed the email from confirmation was a doubled order I contacted by email and ask them to cancel the shipment. Days later they sent a package that appeared to be a blade to a weeder that I was trying to order… I know they got their product back and they do too!! Jerks

I ordered a tape machine for tying plants to trellises. I also ordered the tape for the machine - 5 rolls red and five rolls blue. I paid for all of it. I did not get the five rolls of blue tape. I have been dealing with them for 6 weeks concerning this. I keep getting the run around. They say it was shipped - no, it was not - I got the machine and the red tape but not the blue. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDER !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!
