Terra HostingReviews of terrahosting.io

Terra Hosting's integrity, transparency, and customer service are phenomenal. As I was getting my miners set up, we had a few problems that arose but Mike and his team made it right, and were extremely professional. I don't think you could ask better. 11/10, highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, from onboarding to questions and constantly keeping you updated if theres outages. Michael has been awesome to deal with! Will definitely be using Terra again if i get back into mining or consider their compute

I've had an outstanding experience with Terra Hosting. Their customer service is truly second to none. Even though I'm a small customer, they treat me like I'm one of their biggest accounts. Every time I need help, their team responds quickly, professionally, and with a genuine willingness to assist. What really stands out is how their staff goes above and beyond. On multiple occasions, they took the time to understand my needs and even helped prevent me from purchasing products or services that weren't the right fit. Instead of trying to make a sale, they focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. The entire team, from customer service to the ground crew, consistently provides exceptional support. It's rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way Terra Hosting does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable hosting provider with amazing service.

Mike and his team have been a pleasure to work with. The onboarding experience, the depth of knowledge, the efficient communication along with the Terra Portal app/web app are all phenomenal. I have multiple miners with them and will continue with them in the future. They have been nothing short of spectacular.

Went I first started getting into having my units hosted mining itself seemed untrustworthy let alone letting someone else do it for you. This place will answer every question and help you understand things beyond just getting your device hosted. They have a wonderful discord community and are transparent about any down time or developments. If you're thinking of getting hosted here I highly recommend it. You know the employees love their work because they even make you feel like family. Shoutout to Mike Z. from my personal experience carries the team on his back! Edit: this is my only review on trust pilot made it just for this

This is a very well run hosting company. You get a real personal touch here with incredible communication. It is like having a family member onboard you. Uptime is incredible, incident response times are incredible. Hosting your ASIC here is kind of a no brainer. They even have an incredible portal that shows you your power draw, hash rate, etc.

I became interested in crypto mining last year and my research led me to Terra Hosting. They helped me learn the business and made it easy to get started. They offer great hosting rates and equipment at competitive prices. The only place that I would trust with my investment…

The host I was using basically ghosted us as clients. They shut down our machines with no explanation. Terra did me a solid by picking up my S21's and transporting them to their facility free of charge. So far I am really impressed with their service. Roughly 1 week later and all my machines are up and hashing again.
