Is there such thing as negative stars? I would give -10 stars. 1. They scheduled the estimator for the wrong day and wrong time. He called right before appointment to cancel. He came 4 days later. 2. Scheduled appointment for Saturday 1-3pm. Servicer showed up Friday 9am. No one home and they charged credit card for $299 even though no service was done. 3. 2 hours of phone calls to get manager. No refund. Confirmed appointment for Saturday 1-3. 4. Servicer arrived 11:30am no one home. Called him back. He had no info about the appointment. Didn’t know it was for outside and inside for bees, wasps and hornets. Told me it was no charge as I explained I paid for service not received. 5. Told manager I want a refund. This is just part of the story. Worst company ever.

Very very poor service. I am extremely disappointed. The Guy was called out and cancelled last minute as he claimed his gun was broken. He then came a few days later and briefly had a look and said he couldn’t do anything as he couldn’t find the wasps nest (he knew this without even looking). We then Had to encourage him to at least take a closer look inside to see if he could spot anything. He proceeded to do this reluctantly. He still said nothing could be done but sprayed a spray on the windows and said to call him out again should the problem persist. We contacted them again a few days later and he informed us that he was too busy today and couldn’t come, he is leaving anyway and we can complain if we want. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude! A complaint was made to say the least.

This company still money from me they go cash as a tip , my husband die and I told them that I don’t have money to pay them to stop the service and they to cash telling me the cash will cover the services and then they send me a bill I did have money to pay I call the company and they send me to collections

Their customer service is nonexistent. I have called them 6 times in the past week, opting for waiting on hold for an hour when told it would be 25 minutes, and also choosing for them to call me back. Never got them. I emailed and never heard back. I will be changing companies.

Called them to get rid of a wasp nest. I was very specific about what I wanted done with the person who booked the appointment and the servicer who called ahead. Came home from work, wasp nest still there. The report read: “Thank you for choosing Terminix. Your business is appreciated.Today I swept all the windows and reachable eaves to remove spiders and spider webs.” So I called them, they said somebody would come out the next day. The next day another servicer called. I said he might want to bring a ladder and he said he’d call me back. Never heard anything. Since then I’ve just been trying to get my money back for services not provided which I think is perfectly fair. Currently on hold on the sixth time calling to speak with a customer service rep, who I’m sure will again assure me the problem will be resolved and this or that person will get in touch (they’re not going to) Anyway, a company that operates like this doesn’t deserve your money, go elsewhere

Customer Service is "HORRIBLE". I waited on the phone for 30 minutes for a representative. They billed me for extended service, they had only come to my home twice in one year. I'm not happy with this service.

Don’t use their service because what they say and do are different. First of all they take $75 for giving a quote when most companies give a free quote. Secondly it took ages for them to send the person out as they are “so busy”. My experience with them was for bird removal and what I was told by office staff and technician in terms of the price was completely different than the quote they gave. The price of removing the birds was crazy expensive and beyond ridiculous. When I told them this was not what was actually verbally discussed, they said too bad! Moreover, talking to the office staff was a waste of time and the manager never bothered to deal with my complaint directly. Basically you’ll get little customer support if you run into a problem.

I had Terminix come in to deal with a rodent in the attic. They said I needed to get the insulation redone as well since it had been there for a while. I said ok, and they quoted $4200, for 600 square feet, but then said because I was a long standing customer they would give me their best offer of $3600. That seemed high, so I went with another company to do the insulation ($1500) but had Terminix handle the rodent exclusion. They guaranteed the rodents were out of the house, so I had the insulation redone, and low and behold, rodents were still there and chewed up the insulation again. Terminix didnt redo the exclusion work nor offer to do anything about the insulation.
