If it were possible to award negative stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. Also, -5 stars would not be enough to adequately document their poor customer service. Under no circumstances should you use this service. I have been lied to and jerked around by this company for a considerable amount of time. Every time I call, I get a different answer. I am in the middle of selling my home. My realtor called Terminix and found out the termite bond I had with them is not transferable. This was a shock to me. I called them and they told me that they do transfer the termite bonds. While in the process of getting this straightened out, they will not call me back. Over and over they fail to perform any sort of customer service. On another note, I also had the Sentricon system for the house. They jacked up the price considerably year after year stating some unknown study that the termite activity was increasing. I now see it for what it is. It is a money grabbing operation. They inflate their prices to get more money out of you. They also will not transfer the termite bond which causes the new house owners to spend more money to get the same bond. On top of all that, when you call their customer service, they transfer you directly to a voicemail system asking you to leave a message and they will call you back in 24 hours. Guess what, they do not. Save yourself the heartache. Utilize a reputable local company or a better national brand. If that is not possible, go to Home Depot or Lowes and get pest control solutions there and do it yourself. It would be much better in the long run.

Absolute worst company I’ve dealt with. Theyre not honest about anything, if you have an issue they don’t want to fix it, had many appointments scheduled and made sure to have someone at the house and they never showed. They would come when not scheduled and only spray 2 sides of my house when we were paying to have all 4 sides done. Took about 8 months to CANCEL my service and then was promised a refund multiple times once the loan was canceled out, still no refund and after 4 months of calling on that they’re telling me I’m no longer getting the refund THEY told me I was getting. So many broken promises, so many lies. A HUGE waste of money since we got no results. We never get calls back when scheduled we always have to call in and nobody knows what’s going on.

Deceptive sales tactics. Billing makes no sense. Came one time paid over 324. They want to charge me 120 a month and come every three month! That's not what the salesman said. No contract to review. No rhyme or reason to billing. Waiting on hold to cancel. I have called sent emails. Ignored. I hope this company tanks. They are the worst. I would rather keep the bugs than deal with these snakes!!

Terminex Door to door sales person selling pest control using misleading information and fake discounts in Chestermere. He lied and told neighbors I had signed up as a repeat customer and was having my house sprayed tomorrow. He also offered a 2 for 1 discount from $299 to $149 quarterly. I paid $149.00 last year and tried to cancel due to the poor customer service but was told I had to pay $80 to cancel the contract. This sales guy was lying to neighbors saying I had signed up again when I did not. I called his cell that I got from a neighbor who had been mislead and he proceeded to argue with me about the sale that did not exist. Unprofessional, deceitful and outright rude company to deal with.

I set up an online free consultation visit from terminix and their local vendor/technician was a no show. Two weeks after, I contacted their customer support line and set up a new appointment, to be once again dissapointed, a new no show. I called Terminix to inform of both now shows by their local technician and advised I would no longer be seeking their services. The representatives I spoke with were friendly and professional, but ultimately i am still searching for fumigation services.

Unprofessional! I made an appointment to get an estimate. After waiting for the 2 hour time window, no one showed up. I called, but was transferred from number to number. After being left on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and called a different company.

I have used terminix now for a number of years. They simply cannot get rid of my mouse problem in the garage or my red ant problem. It’s very frustrating to pay for service and then not get results.

When I called them with a wasp problem they signed me up for their silver protection plan (didn’t even give me options) but didn’t explain to me what that all entailed. They did not tell me I was entering a contract I could not cancel. I only needed them to spray a single wasp nest that was above a highly used entryway. Customer service is RUDE - seriously, shamefully rude. Guys name from CS was Xavier. Complete waste of money. Be wary of these guys! They deceive you with their shady business tactics to lock you in.
