Total rip-off .wish I never went with them .

Total rip-off! They treated a 3500 square foot property of ours for bed bugs in 2019 for $1800. The house was being lived in, had 4 beds, 6 couches, walk in closets, etc. They came out in early 2021 to another property, this one 1200 square feet only 6 miles from the first property, 2 couches, 2 beds, no clothes or walk in closets, largely empty, and quoted me $3200 to treat for bed bugs. And ALSO tried to pitch me on a $3000 termite remediation, even though we had an inspector out the week prior who told us we do not have any signs of active termites but should consider a preventative maintenance plan. Long story short, my local pest service guy took care of the bed bugs for $350. No, I'm not missing another digit or decimal. Total rip off. Shop around! Location: NW Philly Suburbs

Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??/

Don't deal with this company. I wish I could give them a -0. They lie to you to get you to agree to having bait boxes. They lie about what the bait boxes do and won't do. Most importantly, they don't tell you that bait boxes actually attract rats to your house. You cancel and they charge your credit card anyway. Utterly unethical shysters.

If I could rate them a ZERO I WOULD!!!!!! Such a deceptive company I WILL NEVER EVER USE TERMINIX AGAIN. I HAD THEM SERVICE MY HOUSE AND WAS MOVING THEY CHARGE ME ALMOST $1000 to cancel the service and they don’t even let you transfer the service to a new home so damn if you do damn if you don’t NEVER AGAIN

They are rude inconsistent and over rated i paid 2500 to be treated badly from an over priced company.

Needed wood report for three buildings on my property and was charged $500 for one build. Was then told it would cost $500 per building. So I call another company that charged me $184 for report on all 3 buildings after crawling each building and $1300 to treat all three good for 10 years. Will never use Terminix again

The service I've received in less than a year from Terminix is horrible. Several days where appointments where made and I sat around without anyone calling or showing up. Today was the icing on the cake. The technician showed up and sat in the parking lot of my pool house. He pulled in my driveway for several minutes and left without calling or knocking on the door to perform the necessary service. I strongly recommend everyone to try other companies before Terminix.
