Lexington NC. I bought a termite bond last June after my home purchase; though at the time there wasn't an issue and I wanted to insure it remained that way. I paid Terminix almost $600. I've been hospitalized 6 times within the year; but still paid though times I was late on a monthly payment. Not only was I repeatedly visited , letters written to threatened they'd cancel my contract; several times one Rep came to my home while I was hospitalized and my ring camera recorded his visits. The baits were NEVER checked within the entire year. In Atlanta GA. the baits were checked EVERY 3 months. This was a waste of money and not to mention the harassment during my illness and the pandemic. This people only care about the money! I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CONTRACT!

The technicians at this company are HORRIBLE!!! They're lazy, they lie and apparently the supervisors allow them to get away with it. Don't watse your money with these clowns, use Orkin.

THE WORST!!! I paid over $900 for a service I never received and have been waiting 8 months for a refund and still waiting! RUN!!

I gave Terminix a 1 because 0 was not an option. The customer service is just horrible. They constantly have no one to answer calls. None of their services actually work. We got the termite protection and now we have termites. We got the insect/bug plan and it has done nothing to get rid of them. We bought the very expensive mouse plan and guarantee and we have mice constantly. Trying to get someone out here to attend to it is nearly impossible because they don't answer their phones and then they say they have no appointments and I have to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to arrange someone to come out. Don't buy Terminix - it is a complete loss of money with little to no benefit.

Worst service ever!!! You DO NOT get what you pay for by a long shot!! We bought the premium package and when needed could never get ahold of them! Prices high!Do not recommend!! If I could give a zero I would.

After seeing termites a year after my contract began, I contacted Terminix. I was told a tech would come over in 2-3 days. That never happened. A month later I got a notice saying my contract is being auto renewed. I called immediately and said I am cancelling my service, please come and get the bait traps. They said a tech would call and come and get them within 48 hrs. That never happened. My credit card was just charged the monthly fee. I called again and requested that it be removed. The woman said that she is not authorized to removed but a manager would call me back today. That never happened. I have wasted hours on the phone to cancel a lousy service and still no resolution. TERRIBLE!!

Terminix is a rip off. When trying To terminate a contract after a year of paying $1,600.00 It never is. They keep taking money out of your account and never refund you even thou they removed traps. Never give them access to a credit or debit card in fact, for better results and honestly go somewhere else. Been trying to resolve this for 2 months. I've spoken to many employees, put on hold then the call is dropped.

If there were minus stars I would rate it negative. Here's my experience with Terminex in Kansas City...decide for yourself! Regarding Terminex Pest Service. The corporate service in Kansas City area is horrible and I recommend that you never use it. Not only could they not solve my roach problem (I spent several hundred dollars over a period of a year) their inter-company communication is bad. I ordered service for roaches and nearly every time the tech would show up he did not know what service he was supposed to provide. Usually wanting to spray outside for bugs and spiders. Additionally, they dropped the ball on service and was supposed to call back to schedule a new time and did not. I asked for a manager and left a voice mail, only to find out later he’s gone for 10 days. By this time it has been several weeks and the roach population us growing again so we kind of had to start from scratch. I complained to several CS reps over the year. Finally I canceled the service. I continued to get bills. I sent an email and made 2 or 3 phone calls. I was told the charge would be removed from my account. I’m still getting bills. One CSRep said they would have a manager call. It was in the account notes. No call. The last time I called I was sent to a billing supervisor who said they could not and would not remove the charge (after I was told it had been done). She refused to send me to her supervisor. At this point I called back a 4th time asking to speak directly to a corporate manager. I was told they would send an email to him. Don’t waste your time and money on this inept company.
