Idiot came out without us confirming an appointment. Tried to sell us some outrageous crap. We told him to leave. We called and complained. The ugly girl on the phone laughed. Yeah this company is a joke.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are HORRIBLE. You never get any call backs. They take your money and you never hear from them again and cannot speak to a real person

Beware of terminix. I called for my mother. You have to commit to a contract. First visit costs more. You have to give them financial info. They said they will come next day between 8 and 12. We sat waiting for them. Took out dishes and food from kitchen. Called twice to get an estimated time if arrival. No one answered. On one call and automated msg saying, they can't answer phones call later. We ran out it patience. Got thru to a sales man, he xferred me with no one answering. Finally called back to same sales man when it was past 12 noon when no one showed up to tell him to cancel. He said he couldn't do anything. I actually yelled at him, told him to get somebody that can!!!

Worst experience with a company. They are misleading, they charge you for services you didn't ask for, then while you try to dispute it with them, the so called branch managers never call you back so then they send you to collections- its a freaking joke

I can’t with a clear conscious use Terminx. I will not do business with any company that has integrity issues. Case in point with Terminx, I receive phone cell calls from them from an area code from the East Coast (where I lived 12 years ago, although my cell phone has that area code) I now live in the Midwest several area codes over... the misleading lies “hey it’s your local guy calling” lacks integrity for sure. Btw. I’m also on the Do Not Call Registry yet they call anyway... no integrity

Dead mice lying curled up in my basement was not what I hired terminix to do. I didn’t want to see the poor creatures dead or have to deal with them after. But I had to. **No one to come service my account** Poison bait traps around my basement now so I guess I’ll be finding more of them, in front of my washer and dryer.

Word of advice do not hire this company

Beware. It is impossible to reach anyone in the "Customer Sevice" department to help an existing customer!!! hold times are over 40 minutes and then they tell you they can't help you... We've been a loyal customer for several years and paid over 700$ a year yet absolutely NO one is reachable nor able to confirm that my appointment to inspect our termite stations is indeed scheduled. I called in multiple times now, wasted hours, already had a scheduled appointment but yet to receive confirmation... I highly do NOT recommend this company.
