I would not even give 1 star if I had the choice. We got the 3 times service package, 2 times it went fine, but the third time, they didn't call for appointment and showed up early in the morning claiming it's service time. I told them that we didn't make an appointment and its not possible that day. THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND CLAIMED THEY PROVIDED THE SERVICE. I called them 2-3 weeks later complaining about the incident and they apologized and told me they would come on July 16, 2021. they never showed up. Now I just called them and they said they have already provided 3 services, which is totally not true, I only got 2 services. I didn't get my refund or got any service as they mentioned. they are a fraud company.

Terminex is more than a friggin joke I’ve had so much problems with them not doing their job or tearing my property up so it’s time to renew the new year and I called and told him I wanted to cancel so what did they do they’re trying to cancel early of my two-year contract I signed up for and they said well no you said you wanted to cancel so we canceled you and I said no why would you cancel me on a contract that I’m still into for a month and a half I mean for the new year I’m canceling I do not want the next year so the refund in my check for the next year but they decided to cancel my two-year contract it’s fully paid for cancel me early let me explain this again I had paid for a two-year contract it’s not up till September 13 so they send me a renewal for another year so I go on and sign up for another year which my contract is still under contract till September 13 so then they came out and did a terrible job and friggin didn’t check all my plugs and it was horrible so I just said I’m gonna cancel I said I’m canceling the next year so when they do they cancel me as of July 30 on my two-year contract that’s already paid for instead of canceling me on the new year I was pre-paying for! Do you really think I’m going to pay for a two-year contract and then calling cancel it early and then the little girl said will you cancel that you canceled it I said no I didn’t I canceled the next year I pre-paid for a next year I decided not to do it there a friggin joke won’t even answer the phone won’t even call me back so if any of you bigwigs are looking at this maybe you want to give me a freaking call back because I’m not gonna let this die! My number is 502-500-6787 which when I called today customer service I was on the phone for over 40 minutes I switched over to another phone call begin got through some little girl couldn’t help me! Omgosh I can’t even make this stuff up it’s so bizarre maybe some make a get up off their butt and figure this out! And I’ll say it again who the heck is going to concert cancel their contract that’s already paid for no my contract till September 13 and I better stay that way then I’m done with you

Terminex are frauds!!!! Don’t use!! They literally charge you $150 just so they can spray the towns sidewalk and lie saying they sprayed your house!!!!! Worse service ever!!!!!!

COMPANY LIES! Don't believe anything they say on the phone. Had my niece sign me up for a 'free inspection'. Then my realtor and I verified everything as I was out of state and was told the same thing. Low and behold I got charged when I immediately didn't buy into their sales pitch. The truth was I didn't get the house. Then some rude lady said when I called about, it that they told me they were going to transfer service from the current owners to me with or without signing anything and charge me. Thank goodness my bank wouldn't approve my loan on that place because clearly, this company is a trap. Feel bad for whoever gets the house and gets Terminix trying to hoodwink them. I feel like their tactics are scammy so good luck if any of you want a 'free inspection'. The crappy thing was on the house we did end up getting, we were going to have it added until we got a bill from our realtor on a property we don't own. Please stay away and don't be tempted into a 'free' anything. Oh and the best part, the original scam bill emailed was $25, then it changed to $125 and when I called they said I was lucky as it wasn't $250. Funny how it was "free" then the bill kept changing. Send me to collections because I don live there. What a scam. But If by some miracle they make it right I will delete this review. If this is up, they are still scamming people with 'free inspections'. This was in Trade TN.

Terminix service specially the one in Broward County, Florida, is bad, terrible, specially if you used the ecological for termites. Very irresponsible company for getting an appointments and customer service at the local and main national office too, and the Spanish department is a joke. This company gives warranty but then is not way to get it works or get the call back as the recording said for doing again the treatment . I do not recommend to use this company at all. Really, really indescriptible how bad it is. I will try to do a movie about how is the service, show the contract, the termites, the waiting on the phone and post it in Your Tub.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not dependable what so ever tell you one thing then you get a text saying something else . Takes forever to speak to a human. Don't just don't!!!!

This place sucks is being to kind. They are a ripoff. Do not use them they make appointments and don’t show up. They are liars and frauds

When I signed up for mosquito control, I was given a date and time span (between 1 and 5 PM). They didn't come. Didn't contact me. When I called, I was told my job did not get assigned. Very bad way to do business!
