Horrible!!! Had a small rodent problem and every appointment all the guy did was spray their solution for 5 minutes and leave.

Our experience with Terminix was an absolute nightmare and complete rip-off. We contacted them specifically to eliminate a severe fly infestation inside our house. Terminix sent an inspector who pushed several "recommended" measures and services at an expensive price. Desperate to solve the problem, we trusted them and paid. Weeks after their so-called treatment, the fly infestation is dramatically worse than before — they accomplished nothing except making the problem more unbearable. When we called customer service to demand they fix their failure, they had the audacity to claim they "don't deal with flies" and that our contract doesn't cover them. This is pure, blatant dishonesty. If their services don't address flies, why did they accept the job in the first place? Why did their inspector deliberately mislead us into paying for useless treatments? Their bait-and-switch tactics are disgraceful and predatory. Terminix wasted our time and money while allowing the infestation to explode. I will never use them again and strongly warn everyone: stay far away from this incompetent, deceptive company. Do not trust Terminix.

We had an infestation of moths in our carpet. We asked Terminex to deal with that one problem which they did effectively - 5/30/26. They then started coming for regular service-6/10/26- even though we already had a pest company - performing that service and did not request that service. They also inspected our house and put forward a service proposal -6/5/26- for rodents even though we already have a rodent service -Cypress Pest. We received text that another apt had been set and they would be coming over to our house on 6/22/26. When we called to ensure that they not come over any further we were transferred to a cancellation department -6/19/26- that was very rude and said that we would receive confirmation in an email which to date has not been received. Many of these business practices appear deceptive and trust has been lost with Terminex. Would not want others to have to experience this so would never recommend Terminex until they modified their approach.

They have openings for new customers and then crickets! Had them come last Wednesday for a flea infestation and it didn't work. Called Thursday to tell them it didn't work and they have 48 Hours to respond! What kind of service is that! I don't get a text until Monday for an appointment Thursday and if that doesn't work I get to wait another 48 hours! Bull

I had 3 appointments that were a "No Call - No Show". I have used Terminix many times and always had a great experience until now! I have been refunded for 2 months BUT am still waiting on a call to "cancel". Brenda (a Retention Specialist) was VERY HELPFUL with my issue so a "shout out" to her!

I closed my account. All of June & July 2026, Terminix has scheduled, cancelled and rescheduled my appointments with no communication to me. I have to call to see if I should actually be expecting a technician. I am not going to pay money and beg to have someone do my quarterly service. They offered me discount and when I called to cancel my service. I accepted the discount and told them if no one came for the next appointment the next time I was through with them. Of course, no one came for service.

I was a customer for many years, maybe 10 or more. During that time some of the technicians were gold standard. Service deteriorated to point of no return. I have a credit balance. I terminated svc in April 2026. Many calls made. Still no refund. Today, 7 July 2026, am told refund should issue within 21 business days. We'll see. There was one technician who made me very nervous. He was weird. I learned I was not the only customer who found him disturbing. I am now with a different vendor.
