They fraudulently charged my credit card 2 months in advance for a service renewal that I did not authorize. I am still trying to reverse the charges and they stated they will not reverse the unauthorized charge. Now I am going through headache with my credit card company and the BBB trying to reverse the charge. For real, spare yourself the stress of dealing with this fraudulent company. One or two good employee unfortunately overshadowed by the 98 crooked employees. My current service ends on July 28, they charged my credit card May 31 for new service to start July 29. I have not had any service done since April 14. They new service has not even started and they refuse to reverse the unauthorized charge. Horrible company!

I have been calling Terminix since March, 2022. It is now July 13th. I have a contract with them. They have made many promises and broken them. After paying for the gutter guard, the rep was to come check all the work. He has refused to come. Then I was told I had termintes. I have called and no one has come. The local manager has been made aware and has refused to talk with me. Terminix keeps trying to take money out of my account for services NOT RENDERED and to my hardship I had to close my credit card and have a new one issued which I am still waiting for. I have tried about 10 phone numbers listed as corporate offices online. That too is a lie. They all go to the lower level people who can not help.

I booked a contract for regular visits after someone came to our door.Came for initial visit. Left some bait traps. Our issue got out of control and I tried to get them to come back and check traps and add more because they guaranteed their service. I had a confirmation, after many attempts, that someone was going to come by and then no one came and now they are not answering the phone and their voicemail is full and no one responds to their emails. So do not use this company. We had to put a stop on our credit card!

Horrible service, their guarantee is trash, they never come out and do anything

Terrible customer service, double charged me for services at my home. Cannot return phone calls in a timely manner. Does not follow through or honor their word.

I was a customer in Jacksonville FL since March 2022. I singed up for the pest & terminate service. Yet the termite service was NEVER conducted. Therefore, I called customer service numerous times to have by billing corrected. Each time I was told they sent it over to the local branch and NOBODY every called nor did the billing get corrected. So in June I canceled the service because of your companies failure to bill accurately and provide the correct services. Now you had the nerve to send me $676 bill because I canceled. I've call the branch numerous times now and the billing is still NOT corrected. I can't find a number to call your corporate office all I ever get is an customer service agent saying they will send yet another email and they see no responses on file from the branch manager.

Worst company EVER, they will take your money and when is a problem on they're end or a mistake on they're part they will tell you the generic script " sorry for any inconvenience but we will get back with you in 3-5 business day " , but by then is to late. There is no communication between the call center notes , branch manager/supervisor notes .They will tell you 1 thing and the next day is something else. Lost money and days off with this company whit no fault on my end but I'm paying the price. I guess branch supervisor/manager is too busy to fix the mistake or answer when your on employees call you to fix the issues right there. I doubt that I will get any answer back .

They charge us over $100 when they come out, most times we don’t even see them. For the prices that we have paid for their service is ridiculous considering they haven’t helped anything so I feel like they just kind of stole from us to be honest with you. At this point I believe they’re not even spraying. We don’t have ants in our house, we haven’t for years thank goodness. We live out in the country and we have an ant problem in our yards, even most neighbors here. After he “sprayed” the yard, (and they have been here several times at this point), within two days I was doing some yardwork and I was chased out of my yard because in a matter of seconds I had thousands of ants running up my legs. When I first noticed it was happening my shoes were almost completely covered. I proceeded to look in the lawn after I brushed them all off and I just see black ants carrying white eggs absolutely everywhere, just thousands of them running in every direction, no ant hill no nothing so I don’t even know where they came from. And terminex refused to come back out and fix the problem that they were paid to fix in the first place and didn’t, only if we pay them again. Our neighbor just got a bill from them and they weren’t even there. No black flag, no nothin, just a big bill.
