Terrible! They charged me for the service that they never provided! Each time I called them they said sorry, we will send somebody but they never sent anybody!

They continually charged us for a subscription that we canceled and changed to a one time service. I was on the phone with them for MONTHS trying to get my money back and they continued to charge me and then refused me a refund. They wouldn't let me talk to anyone in charge. They literally stole my money and refused to give it back. Had no good explanation why or a breakdown of charges. NEVER USE THEM. I've been completely taken advantage of. Then I come to leave a review and see 100s of people with the same experience. Someone needs to stop them!

Terrible experience. First, the service simply does not work. More mice and ants after a year now than before. Talked to the service guy and he said they are here not to SOLVE pest problem, but to maintain the pest population as low as possible. What? When their representative knocked my door and signed the contract with me, he was not saying so. So I called CS because they have so called "100% money back guarantee", no, it is impossible to talk to some one who is IN CHARGE. They would ask you to wait for their decision. And that's it, no one ever called me back. I finally found a contact number of the local manager Kurtis 2 months ago and sent him several emails. No response yet. I will update my review once I heard something from him.com

Wish I would have read the reviews. My technician did not show up and the manager, Jerry will not return my calls. No one at Terminix can help. They told me to have a nice day. What a bunch of rubbish.

THEY ARE ABOUT A JOKE NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!! DON'T HAVE THEM DO MOSQUITO STRAYING THEY SWEAR IT WORKS AND THEY COME TO OUR HOUSE 5 TIMES AND THEY MADE THE MOSQUITOS WORSE I'M NOT EVEN KIDDING!! AND WE TOLD THEM WE DID NOT WANT THE SERVICE FOR SEPTEMBER 2022 BECAUSE IT HAD DONE NOTHING BUT MADE THEM WORSE FOR AUGUST 2022 AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE OUR CARD ANYWAY!! WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING? A SCAM? BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HELP US AT ALL AND WE WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN NOR WOULD WE EVER RECOMMEND YOU!!!!

Called Terminix as I notice a few small mice droppings salesman Matt came out on August 24, 2022 to give me an estimate which roughly $500.00 dollars. Pest control came the next day threw a few glue traps down one of those black traps and that is it did not even bother going upstairs. I had to call the same day after the service to habe them come back to go upstairs because I did pay for a service. Again did nothing but throw glue traps everywhere something I could have done myself. reached out the salesman Matt who said he could not help me he would have someone contct me. Received a call from someone who claimed to be a manager who in the background was speaking to the person who came out and performed the service. I explained to him everything that is and has been going since they came and after a few minute conversation he yelled youre not getting your money back and hung up the phone on me. This is unacceptable! I will make sure that this never happens again.

THEY are terrrible. They said we had termites, which we did not. We had ants instead. Called them and they came out to get rid of ants. That failed. Meanwhile I'm stuck with a fraudulent contract. No call backs from locals. TERRIBLE. Do not get taken!
