Worse customer service ever experienced!!!! First appointment we had they came on time but from that moment onwards NEVER ever again!!! Rescheduled 4 times because nobody was showing up, they kept pushing the times back as if I have all day to stay and wait for them, when I had already scheduled an appointment on the first place. The agents provide a phone number on which they never pick up the phone after, I cannot get a hold to when and who is coming. Every time I call the customer service line different representatives keep telling me different things. DO NOT RECOMMEND NEVER HIRE THEM its not worth your time and money.

Very frustrating to deal with Terminix. They are eager to take the money but do not provide the services. What ever products they use for spot treatment do not work and they don't want to do a tenting when is needed even when you paid subscription for it. Waste of money and time.

Apple Valley MN Terminex… The worst… when they first came I told them I needed any control in my kitchen, they were coming from my back townhouse neighbors home…’they sprayed inside and out, I had a contract with the price… 3 months later I got a text saying they were coming on a day I was at work… I explained I was going to be working and wouldn’t be home… they said they would spray the front of my house … I told them no… a couple days later I got a text saying they had come anyway and sprayed the front of my townhome only and sent me a bill for almost $200, more than the agreed on price … I called upset and they came back and sprayed inside my house… fast forward 3 months, and it happened again… and the next time again… they don’t take no for an answer , come when you’re not home , don’t spray inside as agreed and charge more than the contract price to only spray the front of my townhome outside… the. When I called the main headquarters , they sent me an email saying that I was cancelled … when I called there was a note saying they would not service my home because I was upset over their work… what work? They are unprofessional and do less than half a job

Terminex was so highly priced compared to all the others locally and I disagreed with several of the corporate changes that were bad for customer service. After not reviewing renewing my contract in September, I was greeted with an email from Terminex this morning telling me they’d signed me up for auto pay and were going to bill me quarterly. They have my credit card on file so they definitely could pull money out of my account without my knowledge or agreement. I immediately called and kept being forced to repeat my personal details but then always got transferred and then disconnected. Finally I got a hold of a great representative in the cancellation department and hopefully she resolved the matter. She explained that they were merging computer systems and that it was probably an IT error. I probably would’ve let the experience slide but after reading all the other negative reviews, I thought I Should warn other Terminex customers.

They sold me a bed bug treatment with a 6 month warranty where they will retreat every 21 days if you keep seeing them. They did hardly anything they said they would on the first appointment and came 2 hours past the scheduled window. I scheduled a retreat, took time off work, they never showed up. They rescheduled it a few days later and never showed up. I was panicked and disgusted when I found bed bugs. They lure you in, charge lots of money and then are the absolute worst. USE ANYONE BUT THEM!!

When I signed up I was told the first two visits were included in the $179. 8 days after the first visit another technician called to say he was coming. When I told him someone else had just been there he seemed surprised but we agreed no need for him to come. Next visit was in august and I got charged $99 which I will not pay because it was the second visit and supposed to be included in the $179. I've asked to have this removed several times. Then he was supposed to come 11/3 but didn't because of the previous $99 charge but I got billed again for $99. Now they are threatening to send me to collections for $198. And once they sprayed I HAD MORE BUGS and suddenly my dog got fleas. He’s never had fleas in his life. This company is a scam and their customer service is the worst.

Horrible!!! Please don’t Waste your time or money!!! Very disappointing!!!

I will not recommend terminix services they are not reliable also they go back in their word they came 11/21/22 that came only spray around the inside but they tell us because we have small Yorkie that we needed to put it in the rooms security and didn't do that room or outside now is 3 week we haven't found no change they are more alive than before and now they want to charge again before the month so it's not true that they come for free if we not satisfy
