Horrible Service!! We scheduled to have one SMALL room treated for bedbugs. Terminix employee was very rude to my wife. He had no idea what he was talking about, He was only at the house for 20 minutes. We cleaned the entire room out thinking he would treat the whole room, looks like all he treated was a section of the base boards. We paid $1,085.00 for this small bedroom to be treated and there are still live bugs in the room after 6 days. My son has been staying in the camper until this is resolved. Very annoyed and unfortunate that we paid that much money and did not get the service that was quoted to us. We were scammed.

I wish I would have checked for reviews on Terminix earlier but I was too terrified to wait any longer to get my termite problem treated... I am so dissatisfied with the termite services provided by Terminix, which they have not only failed to resolve our termite problem but continue to waste my time. We initially chose Terminix this year due to its reputation and promise of effective termite control. Our house showed signs of termite activity, posing a severe risk to the integrity of our home’s foundation. Upon contacting Terminix, they were quick to install bait stations around our property, advising us to allow a few months for the treatment to take effect. However, instead of a reduction in termite activity, we observed an increase, prompting further calls for assistance. This is where our troubles truly began. The responsiveness and professionalism initially displayed by Terminix vanished when it came to follow-up service. We have made multiple attempts to address the increased termite activity, scheduling appointments for further inspections. These appointments have been repeatedly missed without explanation. Each time, I reached out to customer service, receiving no clear answers or solutions, just a cycle of rescheduling and ineffective escalations. This not only wastes our time but also prolongs the termite damage to our home. The situation has reached a point where the lack of accountability and effective response from Terminix has left us more vulnerable to termite damage than before their intervention. It is unacceptable for a company of this stature and specialty to display such a lack of commitment to their customers and their contractual duties. We are incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Terminix. We trusted them to help protect our home and they have failed to do so. This experience has not only resulted in wasted time and money but has also increased our stress and anxiety about the safety and longevity of our home. I urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a termite service provider. A company that cannot follow through on its commitments or provide timely solutions to escalating problems is not one that deserves your trust or your business. We expected far better from Terminix, and they have failed to deliver. Too long didn't read summary: Terminix failed to control our termite problem; instead, it worsened. Repeated missed appointments and unhelpful customer service have left us frustrated. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

If you want the short, abbreviated version, do not use Terminix. They are dishonest and have an inability to do a professional job. Save yourself the hassle and use someone else. We contracted Terminix to remove all the insulation from our attic and close any holes on our exterior where they may be getting in. They gave us a quote of $19,000 to do the job. They were contracted to put 13 inches of insulation throughout our attic and close all of the holes around our house. They told me they completed the job, but when I checked, they only put half as much insulation and did not close most of the holes. We gave them an opportunity to correct their blatant effort to deliberately deceive. They spent the next week not answering the phone until I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. If you made the mistake of already using Terminix for your insulation, go back and measure. It is supposed to be 13 inches, and I can assure you, it is not.

Huge rip off . $450 for mole treatment. Never took care of the moles. Once they have your money, they`re done with you. A manager called and told me I got my 4 treatments, when I really got just one. The other three stops he just walked around with a stick and poked holes

The employees are nice enough. . The company itself does NOT stand behind what they claim. My brother has been using this company for many years. He had to do some remodeling and found termite damage all the way around the arch of his garage door. They would Not cover any of it because they said he was going to do the repairs before he found the damage. Shouldn’t they have found the damage during inspections???? ( if that’s what you call it) Horrible company!!! Will definitely be reporting to the BBB!

I have a springtail infestation they started treating about 12-2023 they sprayed dusted fogged numerous timesI told them they were still here I wanted someone to come after hours and see for themselves and to catch some I called when they got bad again and they would not take the call that was 4-17-2024 they did not refund the $291.35 I paid to solve this problem

After being a Terminex customer for several years, in December of 2023 I noticed a large swar at my back door wich left remnants and wings. I called Terminex several times - NO Help - finally someone showed up but not for the problem I called for he was there for a routine inspection. I showed him the insect remnants and he took samples. No help or reply. I called many times to rectify this problem. Still no help finally a rep called back he was little to no help. No replys. I paid for a service for several years when I finnally needed them NO RESPONSE. I have been paying for a service that apparently does not exist. I am seeking compensation for the insurance premiums I paid over the years and will pursue this to an end.

I would rate zero star if that is an option! It is a nightmare to work with Terminix. When they signed us up, they said we could cancel the contract if we move. We moved, but contract cannot be cancelled. And worse, we called many times to tell them we won't renew, including one month before the contract expiration date. They renewed our contract anyways. They said we called in December to cancel, which is too early. We must call on Jan 24th to cancel! Of course, we called before and after, those calls didn't count! We kept receiving bills, and repeatedly told them the same thing: we don't live there anymore and we wanted to cancel. Unbelievable!!! I spent hours and hours talking to them regarding this! From last December to middle of April, our account is finally cancelled. I would never use Terminix again.
