I have been dealing with terminix for years now. In the beginning it was ok. Now, the service is not so good. They walk around the house and check traps then leave. I get a text saying your service is complete. By that time they are gone. On May 10, 2021 terminix came to my house and put 2 mouse traps inside the bottom of my oven. When I turned it on my oven started smoking. Until I finally noticed what they did.I have been spending my own money on glue traps and putting them down Because that's all they do. Nothing else. It is a waste of money to pay for a service that is not worth it.

Horrible customer service, all I wanted was a simple copy of my termite bond, said they would email it to me within 24 to 48 hrs. After 4 phone calls and a week later I received the bond ! Very frustrating, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, WILL NOT RENEW MY SERVICE WITH THEM AND WILL NOT REFER ANY ONE TO THEM.

on may12 2020 I RENEWED MY SERVICE IT DOES NOT EXPIRE TILL MAY31 2020.AT THIS TELEPHONE NUMBER 18666740068 I ALSO SCHEDULED FOR A TEC TO COME OUT TO INSPECT THE BAIT STATIONS ON TUESDAY MAY 18 2020I WAS TOLD HE WOULD COME BETWEEN8AM TO 2PMWELL SEEMS THIS WAS NOT SCHEDULED . I WAITED FOR THE TEC DONT APPRECIATE BEING DONE THIS WAY..

We used their service for several years without problem but found a better alternative. We stopped our service yet they came out unannounced (at least they say they did) and charged us for a visit. We tried several times to get the charge of the unauthorized service to be reversed - unsuccessfully. They finally wore us out and we paid the bill. Not happily.

I had 3 accounts with Terminix and their service was great, but their bookkeeping skills are not good. The techs that come out are very polite, they give a call a head of time. But dealing with billing issues that I couldn't get fixed has me now looking for a pest control service. I cancelled one of my accounts, due to an up coming move, there was a payment on that account that was suppose to be moved to my quarterly pest control account. It took some doing but I got it straightened out, so I thought. I kept getting bills that I was past due, I'd call and was told they see what happened they will get it corrected. Then I make my payment that is due, and I get a letter that a payment is due? I call and Im told that payment was applied to the past due balance. So here we go again. After 3 times of trying to straighten this out I just gave up. And Im out $79.00 cause I just paid end of Feb for my next quarterly service. I work hard for my money too, so to just give it away is not something I want to do. And Im really disappointed that I had to because their service was good and I never had any pest issues. I hope the next company I find is just as good. I will keep my termite account with them, apparently bookkeeping can only manage one account per person. Sad to go.

While the techs seem to do a good job the communication with the company has been very negative. No follow up for service
