I am so shocked. I'm actually so mad. I asked them to do my dissertation for me. I got 48% imagine. Barely just scraped a pass, are you joking me? I went through all these reviews and thought let's give it a go. But I was so wrong, I'm so annoyed when I could've tried to get a higher grade myself. I'm so angry at the communication. They assured me I could get a refund however now they're not replying or answering my calls? Funny that. Yeah so never again, don't trust this company, awful mate. First the tutor that got given to me was called Arnold, then suddenly the name was changed to Lilian? Should've realized then it was a scam. Taken my money and left me with a crap grade overall, if you think they'll do your work, they won't. She or he did it so crap and half of it didn't even make sense, I asked for adjustments and still got weird things written and had to change it myself. Don't pay them anything, don't even bother communicating with them. Pack of lies, the lot of it. You're better of doing it yourself. They also made me believe they had done other dissertations and that they'd do it well and someone within the psychology field was doing it. But yeah I don't think she had a clue what she was on about to be honest. Mad at myself for going through it, when the signs were clearly there. I still haven't even got my refund coz they've both ghosted me.

I wanted to take Myonlinetutor.me for Accounting II but because they were booked I chose Tera tutors and regretted 2 to 3 weeks in. Tera is a headache to deal with, inconsistent , unreliable and a jumbled mess of a company. I went through 3 tutors trying a get away from Ronald's scammy ass and they ended giving a tutor that knew nothing about my subject, so of course he failed my exam with a 40%. I Literally paid $150 for 2 quizzes 2 Hw 1 failed exam and 4 missed assignments for a zero. So now I have to try out Homework guy on reddit. PS. Ignore Tera tutors response If they do respond full of crap prolly

I am giving 2 stars because my work was delivered and I did get a good grade but the work I had to put in to stay on top of the tutor was outrageous! I sent pictures, reminders, deadline schedule and the tutor was still missing deadlines. Thank goodness that particular professor was lenient. This service was very unprofessional had their own way of doing things that made me feel like they weren't exactly understanding english or something. I was a very stressful experience and I actually tried to give them another chance and 2 tutors ghosted me but one got payment and they refused to refund me. I'm a struggling student and couldn't afford that. I really don't know why their reviews are so high! They were terrible!

I am very kind and understanding, so I don’t believe this is a bad overall company, however, the person they paired me with to take my test caused me to experience a stressful situation. The entire time we messaged, he was very kind and I sent him everything he needed for practice, as well as reminded him a few hours before and an hour before the test started to confirm he will be taking it and he said yes. Then, when the test began, I texted him again to let him know it was starting and he did not reply to my text messages for more than 30 minutes. I tried getting in touch with the company but they said it was too late to connect with another tutor. Thankfully, I studied for the test myself in case something like this occurred and just decided not to waste my time contacting him and proceeded to the test myself. He messaged me an hour after saying he's not feeling well so I felt bad because maybe he wasn’t feeling well but I would have been understanding if he would have let me know in advance not an hour after the test.
