Mr X.
Teradata India not a good place to work if you're Male
Teradata India has turned into Organization that does not understand difference between reservation and empowerment. In name of Women empowerment, reservation criteria is followed and once all women are promoted, left over slots are provided to men. In name of women empowerment, I was asked to prepare documentation and hand over my tool to a lady who joined team 1 month back and she got to go Phillipines to represent my work. To top it, they were awarded ($500) for work which was done by me and they never even thanked me
