Bad customer support
I contacted there customer support about. A issues with a bug and not able to complete the quest. I waited two days and the response I got was we understand about your elite status and my founder pack. He didn't even once address the issue of the ticket. I had one sentence saying I'm letting that elite status go to waste so please hurry. And to me it was completely unacceptable. I gave a detailed description about the issue. The issue was that I'm stuck on the quest "for the children" and I can't get inside the inner temple of the tree cause there is not prompt to get inside the instance to fight the predator. The person who responded was "sliver.disaster" I never met someone so unbelievably bad at fixing the issue that I needed help with
