I totally agree with the previous comments. Including all the chatter during play, self centered discussions about their careers, losing full screen with useless updates, poor choices of matches shown. Danielle Collins and Ali Armitage are the worst! They just dont stop! But the sad part is regardless of the negative feedback nothing changes and the Tennis Channel just doesnt care.

In watching men tennis during the Canadian tournament, the coverage has been absolutely horrable. Womens matches are taking all the prime time. You are totally favoring the women matches & little to nothing of the mens matches. When you eventually get arround to showing the men, comentator Eubanks does his endless chatter all during the play & is very discourteous to the players & very annoying to people watching the match. Experienced announcers such as McEnroes & Courrier never do this. I've noticed the womens matches are taking all the prime time viewing and you show the mens matches in the wee hours of the morning (Jodar-Lehecka match was shown at 5:30 AM EST. ) If no improvement is made soon, I'll be totally dropping TENNIS CHANNEL from my subscriber~ Jim Rhyne

Don't waste your money getting the app they're very selective on game broadcast coverage. Just because a player is popular doesn't mean they will broadcasts that match.

During Washington DC tournament they start interviewing players while another important match is going on. In example during Jodar and Tabilo and befor during Svitolina and Aela. Super annoying. Wait with those interviews til after the matches. Also super anoying commentating from Petkovic like she has a lot of tips how a player should do this or that. She never accomplished anything. Keep your coaching to yourself

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was never notified that they would auto-renew my subscription and when I reached out a few weeks after I saw the charges on my credit card- I cancelled the renewal. However, they refuse to credit back the payment for a year and even refused to pro-rate it . No other company has ever been so unhelpful. I would AVOID ever using their service and better off using YouTube TV or some other online streaming platform.

I agree with Rina JC that made a comment below in May of 2026. What happened to the days when tennis commentators were respectful of the sport & not talk thru the ENTIRE match? All the names Rina JC mentioned below are so true about them talking so much. I guess they're being rewarded by how much they talk. Martina used to he good now she's falling into bad habits of talking too much. And why of all people bring in Danielle Collins, Miss Priss herself! She has a better than everyone else attitude on the court & then bring her to the desk, c'mon! And please, please get rid of Malika Andrews!!! Bad enough we have to put up with her on NBA Today & now tennis! She's just trying to make a name for herself that she's great. She ends every sentence by saying the word "here", listen to her! She's a female Stephen A Smith! Y'all can do better!

F- grade for technical competence as this app consistently crashes and does not load various matches. Customer service reps have been rude and absolutely no help when I have called (more than 10 times). They offer the same solution which involves deleting the app and reloading it (which does not work).

DONT GET IT! What a useless app and site.They promise full coverage of major tennis events and cannot even see the Roland Garos womens final.!! Paid for a year service, for someone who over promises and under delivers. Sorely lacking in being the forefront of tennis coverage. i will be disputing my charges and insiting on a full refund. So tired of being taken advantage of as a consumer !
