I broke two sections of my rod and Ken was very helpful with replacement pieces at a discounted rate. His response time was quick and he even sent videos to help repair my rod. Truly appreciate such wonderful technical support from Tenkara.

I’ve purchased 4 Rods for myself and family members and enjoy the simplicity and accessibility they bring. Now I have a son and daughter in law that want to fish during family get togethers. The Tenkara Customer Service team is wonderful! I broke the tip of my White Cloud rod and reached out to see if it could be repaired. They got back to me within hours explaining the information they needed to get me taken care of. I got it to them and they processed my part (which was exceptionally fairly priced) and got it shipped within a day. Great customer service and good people taking care of me! I own 3 Tenkara rods and recommend them to anyone I talk fishing with! 5 Star Service!
