Wish I could rate less than 1 star. Never come across a company more determined to NOT make sure the customer is happy. I purchased a so-called leather bag and when it arrived it looked like it had been made with the cheapest leather look material they could find. I was offered $5 off and they refused to take the item back. I wouldn't use it if you paid me

Like other people on here, I ordered the 16.4Ft Tree of Lights and received a pair of socks and a short string of lights, worth no more than 20% of the price of the original item. Had I seen other reviews on here, I wouldn't have purchased. Starting dispute proceedings with my Paypal Update: The company behind Tenderplanets are based in HongKong, not the US and have offered a refund when good are returned. Watch this space...

THEY WONT SEND YOU WHAT YOU ORDERED!!! Bought 16.4ft Christmas tree with led lights and they sent me a tiny box with fairy lights and socks!!! Been asking for a refund (USD43) and they are offering $3????????? I BELIEVE THIS IS THEIR MODUS. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE FOOLS! WILL GIVE 0 STAR IF THERE IS AN OPTION.

What a bunch of crooks. Purchased a 16 foot Christmas tree and they sent us a little box full of rubbish lights and some stupid socks. Contacted them but they lie about what they sent. We even sent them the copy of the transaction that they originally sent up when we purchased but they still say they sent us what we ordered. One of the most crook mobs on the internet,they should be closed down.. Lucky we used PayPal to pay so will be looking to them for our refund. PayPal need to get their sellers better before they let them have an account. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE CROOKS, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID

DO NOT BUY! Scammers Brought 3 pants, one came with out a button or button hole. Others were different sizes and a different colour to what I ordered. No help or email replies to inquiries. Never buy from these guys it’s a scam.

The kindling splitter displayed on the website isn’t remotely the same as the poor quality, undersized one they delivered. Requesting a refund has been a nightmare and a three week email battle of attrition. Deceptive imagery, and misleading information. I can’t recommend this company.
