Just received my set of 5 mercury trees. What a shock i got. They are nothing like the advert . All the same size. Half the size they were depicted on the advert, and rubbish plastic. Took weeks to arrive. Far too expensive to return. What a bunch of swindling gits. Never again.

I bought some Christmas trees but they had nothing to do with what I bought. It took a long time to arrive and I had to keep contacting the company to get the status is the delivery. Never by from then! I can’t believe I didn’t check trustpilot before!

Do not buy from this company!! Ordered two sets of the Mercury trees. Firstly, I had to chase up my order as 5 weeks had passed with no package. What finally arrived looked completely different to what was advertised- much smaller, plastic and poorly made. I should have read the reviews from Trustpilot before ordering!! I believed 'Tenderplanets' was an American site (prices given in USD) but the package came from China. What a trusting fool I was.

Do NOT buy from this company they are scamming people. I bought a set of decorative Christmas trees in September. Horrendous time trying to get them delivered then they turned up NOTHING like the pictures and video just tiny plastic cheap rubbish. Going in the bin couldn't get a refund offering 3 o4 USD as compensation. Not American company. Stolen my money note to self check trust pilot first.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Avoid this company at all costs ! I ordered some xmas decorations 22/9/25 . Thought the company was USA based - turns out it's China ..... They provided a tracking service from USA which looks legitimate but apparantly its a fake - I only really realised this when I got an update that the goods were in Cambridge but turns out the postcode was Cambridge USA !!! Had lots of email communications with this lot but always say give it more time . Last email said give a few more days and we have resent them - utter joke .... DO NOT BUY FROM THES SCAMMERS . I'm now having to go my credit card provider to intervene .... Should have read the other reviews - interestingly not on google for reviews - I wonder why.....

Bought a set of knives and after a month of asking where my shipment was I was forced to report fraud. We went back and forth via email then when I asked for my $180 back they stopped replying. Total scam of company and the tracking site they use is apparently what scammers use as they can manually update it..
