Ich habe fälschlicher Weise etwas bestellt und habe sofort versucht es rückgängig zu machen. Ich habe umgehend eine Email geschrieben, doch als Antwort kam nur, daß es schon zu spät wäre und sie nichts rückgängig machen könnten!!!!!! Nach 2 Minuten!!!!

I ordered for 62, the payment request was for 62, then I see that my credit card has been charged 75! They put on the website that "charges may be charged", but it should never, never be AFTER payment. I blocked my credit card right away to avoid future charges, better to be on the safe side. I also requested a cancellation of my order. They reimbursed me the difference arguing about charges (no, it's an unlawful behavior and abuse of payment data). I requested again a full cancellation, they told me the parcel had already been sent, and if I would be unhappy I can still send back. The parcel had not been sent (no sending message, no tracking number), I requested again to fully cancel and reimbursed, they told me again the parcel had been sent (and this time, they made sure the parcel was send the day after). Now I'm waiting for the parcel to send it back and request full refund as well as damages. I'm really mad at myself for having fell for that, I feel conned.

I was afraid after i‘ve read some reviews. I ordered a long hooded cardigan. Finally i received it. But the quality is so extremely bad, that i don’t even want to give it to anyone. Directly into the trash.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! I bought three bras and the size was way off. When I tried to return them, customer service would not tell me how instead offering a refund 1/10 of what I spent to keep these useless products. This is a complete scam!

I ordered a pair of their trousers which looked great online.They arrived but the sizing was too small so I asked for a return address.So far they have done everything in their power to avoid having to refund me.They offered $3 refund if I kept them but as I wanted a full refund as per their "returns policy" they still will not issue a return address.AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Total scam! The sunflower necklace ($20) is such a poor quality that you would not buy it in the cheapest souvenir shop. And they refuse to let me return the product without a reason. Do not shop there

You'll see these spamming Facebook with their clothing. They look great and I bought a pair of trousers. They're such poor quality, completely see-through, don't match the sizing guidance at all and they point blank refuse to give a refund or any details of how to return them. Avoid at all costs, they're shocking!

Totally scam site. Bought a air tag wallet over 3 months ago, Never got it - and they have now "investigated" for 8 weeks, and no response from them. SCAMMERS and no customer service
