I ordered a Christmas Garage Door Decoration first week of November. The tracking showed my order was shipped and was in transit. Then the tracking number was changed. It took 50 days to arrive, 3 days after Christmas. The item arrived without the accessories needed for proper installation as it was showed in their website installation video. Don't ever order from Tenderplanets. I know I never will again.

I ordered my goods in November 22 using the size chart on the company website. I received my goods and they are 2 sizes smaller than requested. I had asked them to cancel the order prior to dispatch but they sent them anyway. I asked if I could return for a refund, they checked and said what I have is correct and if too small give them to someone else. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Just purchased a warm blanket hoodie, paid extra for faster courier from US. After 2 weeks, got a message from SF express (Chinese company) said that the hoodie is posting to me from Dongguan, China. And found out that exact product is only selling for US$13 while I paid around US$80.

I ordered my goods on the 05 Nov 22 using tge size chart on the company website. I received my goods on tge 09 Dec 22 and they are 2 sizes smaller than requested. Lovely email saying they checked and what I have is correct and if too small give them to someone else as I got them at a good price👎

Trying to get a refund from them is impossible! Received garage banners for Christmas display with no way to attach them to the door. We're supposed to receive tension clamps for this purpose like the online order indicates. Scammers!

I really wish i had seen all the reviews earlier. I placed an order its more than 26days and my order has not arrived. the tracking showed my order arrived in my country, but now the tracking has changed to in transit of country of destination. last tracking i received was on 28th November 2022. I really feel like i have been scammed. So finally on 20th December my parcel arrived. But was so disappointed with the quality and the sizes of the trousers. sizes XL and XXL are really small and can fit on my 13year old twins. Honestly i dont think i will ever order from Tinderplanets

Absolute Scammers!!! Bought a dog bed advertised with lots of reviews shoring the bed and paid $78 and what arrived doesn't bear any resemblance to what was advertised and the sizing ordered XL is the tiniest bed that wouldn't fit a cat let alone a full grown Labrador. Now suddenly the item isn't listed any more and the refund process is an absolute joke! save your money or dig a hole and throw it in it before buying from these Scammers

I tried for 2 weeks to have the address to return a large hoddie that was way too small for me and i'm 5,8 and 160 pounds and they never agreed to and they send the same message over again saying that shipping would be expensive for me and i did not care about the price for it so i'm losing 80 Canadian dollars for something i will never wear.
