zero . This is a total scam web site. I have repeatedly asked for a full refund. Customer service just wanted to argue that the site is real and all the instant messages are from real people and they are supposed to help you find someone. This site and who ever run it need to be reported to the authorities for fraud. They said they will refund my money, if i don't have it back in a week i will report them. I am also sure it is operated by Russians as the person i talked to had a Russian accent.
