Their system sucks. I cancelled my billing (my user id 406925993) but I keep seeing that they’re about to charge me with another subscription fee. Sent tons of emails, no reply. Phone number unreachable, total nightmare for customer. DON’T EVER PAY FOR THIS WEBSITE. I REPEAT, EVER! UPDATE: After few days of keep submitting my email and tried to reach out their service number, they finally contacted me and cancelled my billings. Issue solved. However, just friendly reminders: for other users, please do think thoroughly of choosing which dating app you’re going to subscribed.

Hi! Sorry, but when making an online transaction you agree to the terms of payment and choose the package, which suits you the best. You choose the package yourself; all required information on the payment sum and repeat billing terms is provided on the Payment Page. If you still face the issue with the cancel procedure - do not hesitate to contact our customer support via phone or email. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Take care and all best

Absolute rubbish - almost a scam. Full of prostitutes and escorts, no real people interested in dating. Re the reply from tender meets - that is your responsibility, not mine. For starters the reporting option you speak of was not at all obvious, and secondly I would spend hours doing it as the number of fake accounts was overwhelming. These accounts aren't hard to spot. If you aren't prepared to vet them, get out of the business.

Hey! We do not need to convince people to join our site in this way. Our members are interested in meeting new people. If you feel that a member is acting suspiciously, please go to his/her profile and click the 'Report' button. As soon as we receive notice we will investigate the case straight away. We work hard to keep our site fun and enjoyable, and we work hard to eradicate fraudulent people from the website. Our aim is to provide a genuine dating experience. We value you as our customer and appreciate any feedback that you send us. We will certainly look further into your query and use your feedback to improve our service. Take care and all best

Absolute scam. Charged me €1 for 1 day, and cancelled (the same day) before the renewal period, still got charged twice. Please delete my user ID 3996617201, cancel my subscription and refund the 2nd and 3rd charge on my credit card.

Talk about scammed! I joined up for a 3 day trial to see what the site was like. I later got billed when I was navigating around the site. When I advised the bot (when I contacted them immediately!) and advised that I was reporting them for debiting my card without my authority they immediately advised that I would get a refund. Less than 24 hours later another 'dating' company mystfc.com debited my account for money and I had not used their services at all! Do not use these offshoot dating sites, they are just scams and rely on people not reporting them!

Hey! We have a special offer '2 for 1' on the same payment page that offers to try two sites at one time. But you can refuse this offer by unmarking it. Also you could cancel any of these sites anytime before the expiration date. We will certainly look further into your query and use your feedback to improve our service. Take care and all best
