didn't think it was worth the money
First of all, the staff is professional and responsive to e-mails/calls, no complaints there. The value of the service provided though, wasn't worth the money in my opinion. They essentially got copies of potential tenant's pay stubs, and passed them along. I didn't see a bank statement, calls to the employer or anything of the "verification"-type activity the site claims to provide. Honestly, one could simply ask for a paystub directly and skip the middle man.

Teo, we appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you did not find enough value in our service. The majority of our tenants give us permission to fetch an electronic bank statement directly from the bank (which is essentially fraud-proof). However, your potential tenant refused to do so. Our staff worked hard to get the second-best option - a paystub. While it is not as value-add as an electronic bank statement, we do believe that our experiences in detecting forgery are still worth the money. That said, if you would like only accept electronic bank statement, please let us know, and we will filter out all tenants who refuse. Hope we will give us another try.
