Dear Customer, We sincerely apologize that your shipment was damaged. Please know that we thoroughly review all carrier paperwork before assigning them to ensure they are fully legitimate and authorized. We regret your experience and want to assure you that we made every effort to file a claim; however, the carrier’s insurance company declined to cooperate. Unfortunately, some carriers do not comply when damages occur. In this situation, we advised you to file a police report, and we will fully assist you by providing all documentation and records related to your shipment. Once the police report is opened, the responsible parties will be obligated to take responsibility.
