Hello Mrs Easton, thanks for your review! We have not received an email or inquiry from you! We have a ‘contact us’ section where you can leave a message and we will contact you right away through email, also in that page you can find a WhatsApp customer service number for a faster response. We really don’t understand the reason of your bad review.

Hi Amy, we are glad to read your comments. People need to know the truth, we provided all types of solutions and made exceptions with you but nothing was enough, it´s frustrating that we are trying to provide a better experience for our customers but you have been rude to us. If you have any concerns please reach us to [email protected] or our whatsapp number (737) 330-5252.

Hi Brandon, on your last order one of the two items that you ordered was out of stock. However, we edited your order and refunded the money of this product and continued with the one available, you received an email about this. Based on all orders received daily, our inventory don't update until we process the order. We are working hard to provide a better experience but is not fair that you leave a 1-star review without first contacting us to try to solve your problem. If you have any other concern please reach us at [email protected] or whatsapp number (737) 330-5252
