This appears to be a Chinese fraud vendor. Order was never delivered. When I complained, they sent me a facsimile of a shipping label with no address on it as proof of shipping. We live in a 250 unit condominium with 24/7 concierge who receives and logs ALL parcels. We (the condo corporation) have had a rash (25+) of parcels delivered with no address whatsoever on the label. Presumably it there is an address in the delivery driver's manifest but that is no help when it is not marked on parcels which ar simply dropped at the front desk. We (the condo corporation) have advised residents that we will no longer accept parcels without a proper address and have implemented that as policy for front desk who have instructions to advise driver "Return to Sender"

Avoid. Shipping time said 4-5 days. Two months later I still haven't received the product.

They took my money and I dont have anything they said it was delivered Saturday but nothing i would like my money back this is spam people watch out

I tried to cancel my order through PayPal. They changed me $10.00 and change tax on $29.00 the app doesn't work. And when I call the number on the statement, it's at&t.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I received an email that stated our package was left at or near our mailbox. Our local postman, who had driven our route for years, has no memory of ever delivering this package and would never leave it outside of our mailbox... which is on a busy highway. When I notified this company, they basically said I'm out of luck! After reading other reviews, it seems this has happened to others as well. BEWARE!

Ordered their MA38 phone holder/tripod. They sent me their old X-99, which does not have the same features of the MA38. I see that many people have had this same experience. I have been in communication with their customer service and they won't make it right. They are trying to offer me a $2 refund. I'm fighting with them and they are stubborn. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I am disputing this with my credit card. This place should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people. Not going to pay for an item that I didn't order. False advertising, scamming people, trying to cheat people. STAY AWAY FROM TEMPERMENTY!!!
