Got a decent quality nose spray paid an extra $22 so I can run through some kind of doctor nonsense to get the prescription figuring that covered me for the next time when I ordered but no since zero refills this is a scam they want me to pay $80 for a nose spray that lasts less than 2 weeks

Hi Sarina, We apologize for any confusion with the ordering of the medication on our website. The visit fee is the cost the doctor charges to review the information you submit under oath as part of your asynchronous telehealth visit, which, along with the demographics information you provide, will be reviewed by the doctor to determine if a prescription is appropriate for you. If it is, the doctor will issue a prescription. If, and only if, a prescription is issued, then the transaction is completed, and the patient is charged. Based on the medication requested, the doctor may also prescribe refills in his or her discretion. There is no visit fee when requesting a refill that has already been prescribed. Yours in Wellness, The Tely Team.
