Hi Chris, We have looked into your review, and we do not have an injection requiring bacteriostatic water to dilute and use other than the Glucagon kit that gives clear instructions. Hello, I am sorry to hear that the Amoxicillin Clavulanate you ordered was not effective. We do want to reassure you that your medication is absolutely safe to take. We receive all of our medications from FDA licensed facilities within the US and dispense directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL and Dallas, TX. The medications we receive are from the same manufacturers and wholesalers that the most common US retail pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS receive their medications from as well.
