Hi, We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience using our medication and services. I know how frustrating it can be when you do not see the expected results. We can assure you we receive all of our medications from FDA licensed facilities within the US and dispense directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL and Dallas, TX. The medications we receive are from the same manufacturers. and wholesalers that the most common US retail pharmacies such as Walgreens and CVS receive their medications from as well. Unfortunately, a prescription with no refills authorized by the provider can not be transferred to another pharmacy or refilled. If you would kindly provide us with your order # we can further investigate and resolve the issue for you by providing a different manufacturer that may work better for you. Hi Alan, We’re sorry that your refill orders were not processed. According to our records, your prescription was more than one year old and was no longer valid. Our digital team is working on resolving the technical issues related to the refills. The original prescription was written on 4/11/2025. Our records also show that you received a 90-count supply in October 2025 and again in December 2025. At this time, you will need to submit a new prescription order. Hi Michelle, We are sorry that you did not receive the results you expected from the medication we sent you. Please be assured that all of our medications are sourced from FDA-licensed facilities within the United States and are dispensed directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL, and Dallas, TX. The medications we receive come from the same manufacturers and wholesalers that supply many of the major U.S. retail pharmacies, including Walgreens and CVS. The reason we offered to replace your medication is not because we believe it is ineffective. Rather, individual patients can respond differently to medications from different generic manufacturers. While the active ingredient is the same, differences in formulation or inactive ingredients can sometimes result in a patient responding better to one manufacturer than another. Because each patient is treated individually, if there is a preferred manufacturer, we will do our best to source that manufacturer whenever possible. Regarding transferring your prescription, pharmacy protocol is for the receiving pharmacy to contact the dispensing pharmacy directly to request the transfer. This is standard practice and is widely recognized and followed by pharmacies nationwide. The transfer would be for the valid prescription on file. In your case, the provider did not authorize any refills for this medication, so there are no additional refills available to transfer. The prescription label on your medication bottle contains the information the receiving pharmacy will need to initiate the transfer. Hi Sandra, We apologize if you did not request a refill. Your order was on Active/ Auto Refill and we did note that you were able to successfully change it to a manual fill. Moving forward you should not have any concerns. Since it is on its way, you can refuse the package and USPS will return it to us. Once we receive confirmation, we will definitely refund you. Hi Kristen, We apologize for the oversight. Your order was enrolled in automatic refill, but we see that you were able to connect with a customer service agent and have the order canceled. You were not charged for the order. An authorization hold was placed temporarily, but it was not an actual charge and will be released according to your bank’s processing time.
