HI Liz, We appreciate your feedback. I can assure that a recalled medication will not be on a TelyRx shelf. All pharmacies nationwide receive alerts from the wholesalers that supply the medication. As a pharmacy we are able to login to the website and validate the information as well. The Trazadone 100 mg that is on recall is a product that expires end of 2026 and we do not have that lot #. As for the medication in itself, unfortunately the website will no longer reflect any SSRI or SNRI as we have made the difficult decision to take it off our formulary. We will continue to honor any refills on file for the medication. I hope this explains why you were not able to place a new order. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. We really appreciate your honesty and I’m very sorry that your recent orders arrived with such poor packaging and that your specific request in the order notes was not honored. That’s frustrating and not the experience we ever want you to have. You’re absolutely right: for the price you’re paying, you should be able to trust that your medications are packaged securely and consistently. Using a box several times larger than necessary with no dunnage, bubble wrap, or other protective material is unacceptable, especially when you went out of your way to ask us to add packaging material and we still didn’t follow through. We’d also like to have our team look specifically at your latest shipment details so we can document this properly and follow up with you.
