Hi Stephen, We are sorry that you did not request a refill on your prescription. I know how frustrating it can be when you are not expecting a charge. After further investigation we noted that your order was set for auto refills. I have paused this feature. If you need a refill at a later date you would need to change the status on to 'active' on the your account. We did try to reach out to you as requested and will follow up. Hi Alicia, We apologize for any confusion with our order processing and shipping policies. We do appreciate you feedback as we work on improving our services. For clarity one of your orders was placed close to midnight (11:30PM 9/17), The order was processed for pick up the next day which was a Friday at 6 pm. FedEx did deliver the order within 2 business days as it arrived on Tuesday. Once again we apologize for the confusion, the carrier business days are Monday through Friday. Hi Brad, We apologize for the refill. Your order was set to an automatic refill based on the days supply of your original order. Due to pharmacy regulations, we are unable to accept returns on medications once they leave our pharmacy. We have refunded you for the medication. Please do not return the package.
