Hi Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this caused. While we do accept FSA and HSA cards, unfortunately there are instances where some of these cards are not able to be processed as the issuer declines the transaction. Our team has recently implemented a new processing system, and since then, we have seen a decrease in the amount of these declined transactions. Improving compatibility with these types of cards is something we are prioritizing, and we appreciate you bringing this to the forefront. We hope to be able to offer an improved experience for you next time.

Hi Richard, While we appreciate your feedback, we're sorry to hear that there was some confusion regarding our visit fee. The $22.00 visit fee is the cost the doctor charges to review the information submitted with the order to determine if a prescription is appropriate. This fee is associated with every new prescription request, as each medication we dispense requires a prescription, and as a pharmacy, we cannot dispense a medication without a prescription. If the doctor chooses to include refills with a prescription, the visit fee will not be included on those subsequent refill orders. We would love the chance to speak with you directly to help alleviate any of your concerns and would be honored to have the opportunity to improve your experience with us.

While we always try to accommodate specific manufacturer requests, we cannot always guarantee that we are able to source any given manufacturer. However, we can assure you that all of the medications in our pharmacy are purchased from licensed wholesale pharmacies in the United States and manufactured by FDA-approved manufacturers. In addition to certain brand name drugs, we carry many of the same generic manufacturers dispensed by CVS, Walgreens, and other large pharmacies. As a US-based pharmacy, we work hard with our US wholesalers to source FDA-approved medicines that are affordable. Factors such as dynamic market conditions, rising production costs, and supply-chain-related shortages all contribute to our current pricing. We apologize again that this was your experience with us- that’s not the level of service we aim to provide. While we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of every medication for each individual we serve, we can reassure you that all of our medication arrives from FDA registered facilities within the US. As you may know, the shape, odor, and color of medications may vary based on the specific manufacturer. In regard to the automatic refill, we apologize for any confusion. We offer that as a convenience to our patients to avoid any unnecessary lapses in medication. As discussed, that feature is something that can only be initiated by the patient and can be modified or cancelled at any time. We were happy to cancel that for you, as requested.
